How much is the down payment?
5% of the property price, for all five projects.
What is different about the Rome payment plan?
Rome has two 5% instalments, in months 6 and 12, and 10 monthly payments of 1% before handover. The other projects have one 5% instalment in month 6 and 15 monthly payments of 1%.
How long is the post-handover payment period?
41 months for all five projects: 1% monthly, plus 7% at month 12 and 7% at month 24 after handover.
How are payments made?
By post-dated cheques (PDC).
